day 14- story board

This is about how today's day went...

It was cold outside so we stayed inside and colored. We also smushed a blue water/oil mixture in a ziplock bag and made homemade playdough. He did not like the play dough for the record lol.

Next was bubble bath time! Can't go wrong with a bubble bath.

Walking around outside with cheerios in hand.

We went out to dinner with Jen, Chris, and Xavier. The boys liked to dance together. Apparently the same music was going on in both of their heads. :)

Jayden giving Xavier a kiss bye bye. Xavier was thinking "Hey bro, calm down! Our mom's are going to blog this shiz."

The end. Happy Saturday everyone. Going to the farm tomorrow. Be on the look out for a lot of pics tomorrow!

Day 13- starvin marvin

What did my son have for dinner you ask? A couple of crackers and ice thanks to a horrible dinner experience. I waited about 2 hours for shrimp alfredo that I never even got!

I'm sure my hungry boy will be up bright and early for breakfast. Yay.

Day 12- just like dad

Notice the cell phone on the hip or the watch on his wrist? Yep, there is no denying Jionel's mini me now. Every morning before we leave for daycare he walks out to the car like this. I'm just waiting for the day that I forget to take the cell phone off of his hip and he walks into daycare with it lol.

Day 11- 19 months old

My baby is 19 months old today. *tear* He's growing up too fast. It's hard to believe he's closer to 2 years old than 1 now. While I was looking for a comparison picture of Jayden with his lawn mower I found one from September when he was about 15 months old and he's changed so much just from these short 4 months. He is growing out of the baby pudge and looking like a little boy now.

Our grass looks so pitiful in today picture thanks to that little freeze we recently had. Haha!

Day 10- brushing teeth

Two things that Jayden loves to do... play in the the tub and brush his teeth. I almost couldn't get him out of the tub tonight when I offered his tooth brush to him. I know one day he will turn into a stinky boy so I'll cherish these moments when I can lol.

Day 9- na-na

There isn't much going on around the Fernandez household today. Jayden was real low key this afternoon. He didn't really play much today, as you can tell because the toys are still neatly lined up behind him lol.

Anywho today's picture Jayden is holding his "na-na" and getting ready for bed. He has had this little lovie since he was about a month or so old and has to have it with him every night for bed. He adopted the name na-na from us saying "night night" every time we put him down for bed or ask him if he's ready to go night night. Now he can say night night better but this love will always be his na-na.

You may notice some changes in my blog now as I'm starting to get a better feel for it. Last night I was up chatting with some friends of mine and my good friend Kiki helped come up with a catchy name for my blog. Monny's Mischievous Monkey! I have always called Jayden my little monkey and he calls me Monny so it's perfect. And if you know Jayden then you know he's quite mischievous.

She has also made me an adorable background! I'm working on loading it. Hopefully it will be up BY tomorrow. I love it and she put a lot of work into making it perfect and beautiful. The best part is that no one else has the same one :). I know I've already told you, but thanks again Kiki!

Day 8- P is for park

It was such a beautiful day out today. It was about 84 degrees and hardly a cloud in the sky. Perfect day for the park! Jayden runs around that place like he owns it. The only thing he was really hesitant about was the swirly slide. He went down it once and that was enough for his liking haha.

I chose to add 2 pictures today because I'm just in love with his face in both of them. He kept sticking his face through the bars in the play area and through that hole in the orange tunnel and yelling "monny, monny!" He was so proud of himself. Monny is his new name for me btw. I can't wait to take him back.

Another thing I can't wait for, his friends to finally be old enough to play with him at the park! He definitely needs some friends to play with.
